Who we are

This website is operated by The Commercial Avenue, Umm Al Seneem, Doha, Qatar. You can contact us at hello@tca.qa.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, company, email address, phone number and message. We also record the page you sent it from and the language you used.

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on leasing discussions. We do not sell your information.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are sent to the relevant team mailbox, and a backup copy is stored securely with our website hosting provider. We keep them for 24 months and then delete them.

Analytics and spam protection

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are most useful. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

To protect our forms from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a program, is sending the form.

Your rights

Under Qatar’s Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@tca.qa.
